Join instructor Mark Filipenko from Bond, Stephens, & Johnson, Inc. commercial real estate firm for an introduction to finding the perfect retail spot for your small business and an overview of what commercial leases entail. This one hour class will go over all the basics you should know when looking to enter a commercial lease as well as a question and answer session to go over your concerns. Mark Filipenko has been with Bond, Stephens, & Johnson, Inc. since 2003. He graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage and has a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance with a minor in Economics. Mark has extensive experience in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Anchorage and Kenai markets, and has been published in several magazines as an expert in commercial real estate.
